Arvig Headquarters is a 73,000 square foot renovation and addition project to the Arvig Headquarters building in downtown Perham, MN. The energy efficiency of this building is one-of-a-kind, including geo-thermal and auto-tinting glass to save on heating and cooling costs.
The Arvig Plaza and Operations Building is also located is downtown Perham and includes a multi-purpose exterior space for the community and corporation to enjoy for years to come. The building is a mirror image of the Headquarters building and the Plaza includes a covered movie area, bench seating, synthetic turf, and lush landscaping.
